Firstly, I’m so insanely grateful for everyone who supported this project. For submitters, their bravery and eagerness to submit and for the wonderful community on social media. Being able to hear from writers and artists all around the world is the greatest blessing, and I hope this issue does them justice.
Hot Pot Magazine formed from a desire to showcase vulnerable writing and art that brings people together, forming communities through storytelling.
I feel this issue encapsulates this perfectly — join us and listen to broken chords, swallow peppermints whole, or even drink milky way smoothies. I hope you find a piece of work that resonates with you.
